Refill Request

For our current patients, we offer refills on prescriptions. To request a refill, you may:

• Submit refill request for pickup at our practice. When completing the form, please allow up to 24 hours for your refill request to be reviewed, filled and available for pick-up. If for some reason we cannot process the refill, someone from our staff will contact you. For safety, we review your pet’s records before refilling any orders.

• Order online for delivery. Shop online for prescriptions and products delivered right to your door. Please allow time for processing and shipping. Note: these items do not ship from our practice.
