Jenny Farr, DVM
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Farr graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology. She then attended the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 2017. After graduation, she began working as an associate veterinarian at Ocoee Animal Hospital.
While in veterinary school, Dr. Farr was a volunteer and intern with Georgia Aquarium. She also served as a veterinary assistant at Ball Ground Animal Hospital. Dr. Farr is a member of the Georgia Veterinary Medical Association, the American Veterinary Medical Association, and the Christian Veterinary Mission. Her professional interests include surgery, internal medicine and exotics.
She was drawn to veterinary medicine initially due to the belief that she could “help people by helping a member of their family” and continues to be motivated by the desire to create lasting relationships with both her patients and clients.
When she is not at our animal hospital, Dr. Farr spends her free time with her husband Christopher. They enjoy reading, watching movies, listening to music, and hiking. They share their home with two pups, Koda and Flynn.
