Thank you for choosing Ocoee Animal Hospital. Our primary mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive veterinary care available. An important part of the mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for our clients as possible by offering several payment options.
Payment Options:
You can choose from: - Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, scratch pay, or CareCredit1 - At your request, and for your convenience, we will keep a credit card number on file. This will be filed in a secure location and only used with your knowledge and approval.
Please note
A $30 deposit for each pet will be required when scheduling an appointment. Once the deposit is paid in full, the appointment will be secured. The deposit will be applied to the charges for services rendered when checking out for your appointment. In the event that you do not show up for your pets’ appointment / or do not call to cancel your reserved appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will need to be made to schedule future appointments.
Payment
in full
is expected at the time services are rendered. In the event of an emergency, payment arrangements may be established with the approval of management. All accounts that are
not
paid in full within 30 days will incur a finance charge of 1.5%. If an account is turned over to collections, said agency will have access to all pertinent information. For patients with pet insurance, we are happy to work with you in completing paperwork necessary for you to file a claim. Owners will pay Ocoee Animal Hospital in full on the day services are rendered. The pet owner will then file an insurance claim with their insurance company to be reimbursed. Ocoee Animal Hospital charges $38 for returned checks. Checks written on closed accounts will be turned over to the Magistrate court. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
